Eilleen

Yoga Teacher

As a healthcare provider I know the importance of investing in your health. Being healthy is more than a physical appearance or feeling. Being healthy comes from a balance of mental and physical attainment. We can achieve this through investing time and devotion to ourselves. Knowing we are worth the work and the time is instrumental to our wellbeing.

Over the years, I have practiced various forms of yoga; Hatha, Bikram (hot), Restorative, Iyengar and Vinyasa. My desire to teach yoga to others began around 2012 and in July of 2020 I became a certified yoga instructor. As Lao Tzu stated, “when the student is ready, the teacher will appear.” I believe the pandemic was the perfect opportunity to make a difficult situation beneficial. I graduated from a 200 hr certified yoga teacher training through The Yoga Collective and joined The Yoga Alliance.

Natalie

Yoga Teacher

A life-long athlete, Natalie was brought to yoga as she sought to heal injuries that left her body feeling out of balance. Yoga provided her with the opportunity to connect with her body and calm her mind at a time when doing so was extremely difficult. She deepened her practice in March of 2017 upon the completion of her 200-hour yoga teacher training at 305 Yoga Miami Lakes, where she later began teaching. Since then, she has completed additional training in trauma-informed yoga and private yoga-instruction, and has taught classes to children and adults from all walks of life. Natalie truly believes in the healing powers of yoga. To her, it is so much more than a physical practice. It is a practice that allows everyone to experience the freedom that comes from remembering your true self… and having a little fun.
